Abstract

This research aimed at designing a training using the differentiated training method (weight training and plyometric training) for students of the Faculty of Physical Education at Al-Aqsa University and to know its impact on:
Special physical abilities for students of the Faculty of Physical Education at Al-Aqsa University.
The digital level of the shot put among students of the Faculty of Physical Education at Al-Aqsa University.
The researcher used the experimental method on a sample of 48 students from the athletics major.
They were divided into two groups, one experimental and the other controlling, each consisting of (24) students.
The research tools were measuring devices, physical tests, and measuring the digital level to push the shot and the training program.
The researcher used the following statistical treatments: (arithmetic mean - standard deviation - median - skew coefficient - Pearson correlation coefficient - square root - T-test).
Among the most important results, the training program using differentiated training has a positive effect on the special physical abilities and the digital level of the shot put for students of the Faculty of Physical Education at Al-Aqsa University.
Key words: Differential training, physical abilities, Shot Put.
