Abstract

Developing knowledge management processes in light of the performance publication model at the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate

The study aimed to develop knowledge management processes in light of the performance publication model at the Youth and Sports Directorate in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate by identifying the knowledge management processes, the elements of the performance prism model, the nature of the relationship between the knowledge management processes and the performance publication model. The researcher used the descriptive approach in the survey method for its relevance To the nature of the study. A questionnaire form was used as a main tool in data collection. The study sample was randomly selected from the employees of the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate and their number was 108 individuals, and appropriate statistical treatments were used, and the most important results were: The study sample confirms the importance of knowledge management processes in the district, the importance of The use of the performance prism model in developing knowledge management processes. There is a positive direct relationship between the knowledge management processes and the performance prism model
