The effect of variable resistance exercises using the Vertimax device on muscular strength and transmission accuracy for squash girl players

Abstract

The research aims to design a training program for variable resistance exercises using the Vertimax device to know:
1. Its effect on the level of muscular strength represented in (maximum strength of the muscles of the legs, maximal strength of the back muscles, muscular strength of the legs, muscular strength of the arms, muscular endurance) for squash girl players.
2. Its effect on the accuracy of the serve represented in (the accuracy of the service on the front side of the racket, the accuracy of the service on the side of the back racket) for squash girl players.
The researcher used the experimental method with an experimental design for one experimental group, following the pre and post measurements, due to its suitability to the nature of the research.
The research sample was chosen by the intentional method from students specializing in squash from grade 4, at the Faculty of Physical Education - Minya University, who are registered in the Egyptian Squash Federation, whose number is (16) girl students, where the strength of the experimental sample was (8) students. And the researcher chose (8) girl students from the research community and outside the basic research sample to conduct the exploratory study.
