Abstract

The research aims to identify the impact of S.A.Q. training on the development of some physical elements and skill variables affecting the artistic performance of abdominal crawling swimming. The researcher used the experimental method using the experimental design of two sets: Officer, the other: Experimentally, the researcher selected a community and the research sample in the intentional way from the belly-crawling swimmer at the 17-year stage with a club and performed the hostile branch Tigris. (14), the core sample was numbered (10) and divided into two equivalent groups, one experimental and composed. (5) swimmer, 5) swimmer, 4) swimmer from within the research community and outside the basic research sample. The results of statistical processing showed the superiority of the experimental group over the compressed group in the physical variables (muscular strength of the two men, muscular strength of the arms, compatibility, agility, motor velocity, transition velocity, reflexive velocity) and the skill variables in the search gut (strokes of the two men, movement of the arms, breathing, total compatibility of the skill), as recommended by the researcher Palti:
1- Use the S.A.Q. training programme as a core training programme.
2- Use the S.A.Q. Sakio Training Program on Special Skills for Belly Crawl Racing.
3- To recommend to the relevant stakeholders that guidance be given to the use of S.A.Q. training in the implementation of training programmes.
4- The interest in studying physical and skill variables plays a significant role in improving achievement.
5- S.A.Q. training should be used in other sports.
