Abstract

The Reality of Leadership Skills of Girl Guides in Schools of Egypt
Educational scientists emphasize the importance of learning different values and skills because of their great impact on the lives of individuals, and the movement of female guides is considered to have an impact on the consolidation of values and customs in the hearts of its practitioners, because it is based on the foundations and principles of the sublime, and it is also an interesting movement that attracts the girl to practice it, it spreads activity and vitality and develops the desire to work and produce and acquires the skills she needs.
And through the work of the researcher. I noticed that girls affiliated with the movement, as they worked to develop the personality and acquire experiences, skills and behaviors and have a positive impact on their leadership personality.
From the results of the research . The movement worked to develop awareness of meals and rights, communicate ideas easily, be able to communicate and feel others, and have a spirit of belonging to the group .
The research sample was selected by the method of comprehensive inventory and the number of(160) mentors and a questionnaire form was applied and the results showed that the most important leadership skills of the guides are life skills, followed by humanity, then cognitive, followed by personality, then mentality and finally artistic. The researcher recommended the interest of educational institutions in the movement of Girl Guides and encouraging membership and participation in the movement
