Abstract

The researcher used the experimental method with an experimental design for one experimental group using the two measurements (pre and post) due to its suitability to the nature of the research, on a sample of junior pole vaulters registered in the Egyptian Athletics Federation for the training season (2021/2022 AD), and the researcher chose the basic research sample by the method The intentional income of the research community amounted to (5) young people. The researcher measured the physical and skill variables - under research - and the following statistical coefficients were used: the arithmetic mean - standard deviation - torsion coefficient, Mann Whitney's non-barometric test, Wilcoxon's non-barometric test, and the percentage of the rate of change

The most important results:

1- The collision training program led to an improvement in the rebound strength index of the pole vault juniors, the research sample under 15 years old.

2- The collision training program led to an improvement in the digital level of the pole vault among the research sample under 15 years old.
