Abstract

The research aims to design an educational program based on the theory of brain-based learning and to know its effect on mental alertness represented in (vigilant distinction - openness to the new - orientation towards the present - awareness of multiple points of view - mental flexibility - focus of attention) and the level of cognitive achievement using a scale of (Researcher's design) and the level of skillful achievement of some basic skills in ballet (under study) using the support rod for both sides of the body represented in (the individual man with touching the ground "Simpel Battement Tendu right and left - the skill of the individual man with raising it 45 degreesJete Battement Tendu right and left - the skill of the individual man With it raised 90 degrees Grand Battement right and left - The skill of the man's individual after touching the other foot Battement Frappe right and left - The skill of the man's individual after the other foot with bending the knees Battement Fondu right and left - The skill of the man's rotation on the ground (Rond de jambe right and left) Ali Al-Sanad bar in the ballet The researcher used the experimental method with pre-post-measurement for three experimental groups, due to the nature of this research.
