Abstract

The study aims to identify the effect of a rehabilitative program in the hydrotherapy using neuromuscular facilitation PNF exercises on rehabilitating the healing of PNF exercise tissues after being subjected to a muscle tear. One of the results of the study was that rehabilitative exercises with exercises in the water medium and the use of neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) exercises played an important role in improving muscle tissue healing, muscle strength, muscle circumference and thickness, as well as getting rid of the pain associated with the injury and a significant improvement in the range of motion of the joint in people with a tear. Intramuscular first class and was one of the most important recommendations
Supporting rehabilitative programs by all means and modern methods that increase their effectiveness in a way that helps to quickly restore the functional efficiency of the affected area, and the need to conduct similar studies to use neuromuscular facilities for sensory receptors (PNF) programs. And the exercises that take place in the aquatic environment have an important role in enhancing the efficiency
