Abstract

The research problem can be listed in the researcher's observation. Through her work in the field of motor rehabilitation, rheumatoid patients increase, especially women, and the consequent increase in their psychological burdens, and they generate negative energy that affects their lives, resulting in lack of movement of the palm of the hand and severe pain, so the researcher noticed that rehabilitation can be combined In the treatment of rheumatoid patients, the study aimed to identify the effect of flexibility training on relieving pain in the palm of the hand for rheumatoid patients, whose ages ranged from 35 to 45 years. The researcher used the experimental approach with two pre and post measurements for one group. And a goniometer device to measure the motor range of the palm of the hand and the tools and rubber bands. The sample of the research survey reached 3 patients, with the aim of identifying the patients and the difficulties that the researcher could face during the actual application, as well as inventorying the needs and indicating the extent of the effectiveness of the program on the sample. of rheumatoid patients. The results of the research indicated that there were statistically significant differences in improving the range of motion and relieving pain after applying the program in favor of telemetry.
