Abstract

The researcher conducted a study aimed at identification on the biomechanical variables of the skill of side somersaults on the hands with a quarter turn on the balance beam for Emergents gymnasts from the results of studies that dealt with the skill in question through kinetic analysis to put qualitative skill exercises for Emergents gymnasts under 10 years old in the light of these variables, The research relied on the previous method, using the specific design of one group with pre and post measurement. The collection of research results is from a deliberate sample of Emergents gymnasts and comes 10 years, the highest 10 years from the highest levels of 8 players in the Ennpi club, and the magazines for the 2022/2023 training season in the Egyptian Gymnastics Federation. The program was applied on a training basis for a period of (8) training weeks weekly. The most important results of the research indicated that the skill-specific training program contributed to improving the level of skillful performance of the side somersault skill with ¼ roll for gymnasts and raising the level of skillful performance stages of the skill, and that the highest rate of development in the performance stage was in the preliminary stage, followed by the main stage and followed by the final stag.
