The role of intellectual capital in achieving organizational ingenuity in youth centers

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of intellectual capital in achieving organizational ingenuity in youth centers in order to invest the available capabilities and improve and develop the performance of youth centers. And addressing the dimensions of organizational ingenuity represented by exploration and exploitation. To achieve the objectives of this study, the researcher used the descriptive approach and the questionnaire as a main tool for data collection, presentation and analysis for the purpose of answering the study questions. He also used the interview to obtain indicators of the existence of the phenomenon under study
The study population consisted of the research community in the specialists in youth centers in the Menoufia Governorate, and this includes social workers, sports specialists, managers, and chairmen of the board of directors. The total amount was (941) individuals. The study was applied to a sample of (171) individuals
The results showed that there is a statistically significant positive correlation between each of the axis (human capital, structural capital, relational capital) and the axes (exploitative ingenuity, exploratory ingenuity, and the sum total) in the youth centers under study And there is a statistically significant positive correlation between each of the total intellectual capital and the total sum of organizational ingenuity in the youth centers under study
