The research aims to study the reality of organizational affiliation among physical education teachers in Al-Azhar institutes. The researcher used the descriptive approach in its survey method, on a sample of (120) teachers. The exploratory sample was chosen by the intentional random method from the research community outside the basic sample, and it included (30) male and female physical education teachers from Al-Azhar institutes, while the main sample included (90) male and female physical education teachers .To collect the study data, the researcher used the questionnaire tool. One of the most important findings was that the relative importance of organizational affiliation among education teachers. Sports in Al-Azhar institutes amounted to (91.7), which indicates the availability of a high healthy climate of trust and respect among all employees in light of a positive work environment in Al-Azhar, and one of the most important recommendations is to maintain the high level of organizational affiliation among the educational institutes’ teachers.
