Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of identifying the reality of organizational agility among sports specialists at the Ministry of Youth and Sports. Outside the main sample, there are (90) sports specialists as a basic sample, and to obtain the data, the researcher built a questionnaire designed by the researcher as a tool for data collection. It is represented by me, as one of the sports specialists working in the Ministry of Youth and Sports. I see that the senior management classifies and documents information in an easily accessible manner, establishes a clear organizational structure, constantly develops its organizational regulations for rapid response to crises, coordinates between the specializations and tasks assigned to each central administration, and among the most important recommendations is the necessity The interest of senior management in the ministry to conduct educational seminars and lectures related to speed, flexibility, responsiveness, adaptation and keeping pace with contemporary dynamic changes, which is one of the basic components of an agile organization in order to improve the level of organizational agility.
