Abstract

The research aims to study the reality of organizational restructuring strategies and its relationship with the effectiveness of decision-making in health clubs. The researcher used the descriptive method in its survey style and the sample was randomly selected, comprising a total of 117 employees from the research community's health clubs. This included 20 for the survey sample from outside the main sample, and 97 for the main sample. To obtain the data, the researcher built two questionnaires: one for organizational restructuring strategies in health clubs, and the other for the effectiveness of decision-making in health clubs. Among the most important findings was the high availability of organizational restructuring strategies in health clubs, with a relative weight of 88.4%. There was also a relatively high availability of effective decision-making in health clubs with a relative weight of 76.5%. The recommendations included encouraging employees to pursue professional development by providing them with specialized training courses, evaluating alternative solutions to reach the best decision and provide better services to the beneficiaries of the club's services, and relying on modern management methods in making administrative decisions.
