An interactive and applied electronic guide developed for sustainable professional development for physical education teachers for the primary stage

Abstract

This research aims to design an interactive electronic guide applied developed for the sustainable professional development of physical education teachers for the primary stage, and the researcher has used the descriptive approach followed by the survey method to address her research problem in order to suit the research procedures, the research community is represented by physical education mentors for the primary stage in the Arab Republic of Egypt, which numbered 280 mentors, in addition to physical education teachers for the primary stage in the Arab Republic of Egypt, which numbered 1400 (teacher / teacher), and the researcher selected the research sample in the way Stratified random from Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate and the number of members of the sample (35) directed by 12.5% of the original community of the sample, and selected (200) (teacher / teacher) by 14.25.82% of the original population of the sample, the number of the sample poll (14) directed by 5% in addition to (70) (teacher / teacher) by 5% of the research community and outside the basic sample to conduct scientific transactions, , The most important results were the electronic guide contributed positively to helping physical education teachers for the primary stage in accordance with the requirements of sustainable professional development, the interactive applied electronic guide developed for sustainable professional development contributed positively to the opinions and emotional impressions of teachers and physical education mentors for the primary stage towards those who agree.
