Abstract

The researcher conducted a study entitled The effect of interval training of training pieces according to the group standardization on the level of skill performance of some movement sentences for kata players in the sport of karate. The researcher used the experimental method by applying the proposed training program to kata players, using the experimental design of one experimental group using the pre- and post-measurement method, as this is considered appropriateTo achieve the objectives and hypotheses of the research, the researcher also used the descriptive approach by analyzing the World Championship matches (2018-2021 AD) in order to determine the most frequent kata as well as the components of the structural structure of the kata under research. The most important results were the guidance of the scientific foundations that were applied in designing the training program directed using interval training to improve the level of skill performance of kata playersTo guide the proposed training program to improve the level of skill performance of the training pieces for kata players.
- The necessity of using the method of training pieces during the training program because of its direct and effective impact in developing the level of skill performance of motor sentence players.
