Abstract

The researchers conducted a study entitled “A proposed program to develop the level of performance of basic skills in speedball using integrative neuromuscular training.” The research aimed to study the effect of using integrative neuromuscular training on developing the level of performance of basic skills in speedball. The researchers used the experimental method on a sample. It consisted of 60 students from the second year of the Faculty of Physical Education, Beni Suef University, at the age, as a basic sample, and 30 students as an exploratory sample. They also used basic skills tests and INT tests, and the most important results were:
1) The impact of the proposed program using integrative neuromuscular training in developing the level of skill performance in a positive and effective way.
2) The use of integrative neuromuscular training effectively contributes to developing the level of skill performance and physical abilities specific to this type of training.
3) The experimental group was affected more positively than the control group as a result of the use of integrative neuromuscular training.
4) The results showed an improvement in the level of skill performance of the experimental group that used integrative neuromuscular training.
5) The results of the experimental group were superior to the results of the experimental group in terms of developing the level of skill performance.
