The effect of A Training Program using a Combination of” Battle Rope “ and “Bosu ball “ exercises on the Physical and skill Performane of Young Female Athletes in Fencing

Abstract

Fencing is considered one of the competitive sports activities that depend on the physical, skill and tactical aspects in order to raise the level of skill performance by relying on the principles of modern training, where sports training based on scientific foundations is one of the most important factors that enable us to reach the highest levels of sports in various games. This is done by relying on the principles of modern training. Therefore, the researcher sees the necessity of integrating during preparation programs using “Battle Rope” exercises and “Bosu ball” exercises to help female athletes improve their physical abilities and raise the skill level in the sport of fencing. The researcher used the experimental method and the research sample included (20) female fencing juniors. The number of the basic research sample was (10) female juniors, while the number of members of the exploratory research sample was (10) female juniors. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-measurements in favor of the measurement. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements in favor of the post measurement in the level of skill performance in the basic research sample.
