Abstract

The research aims to study human resources management strategies and their relationship to organizational immunity at the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls, Helwan University. The researcher used the descriptive approach, and the sample was chosen randomly from faculty members at the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls, Helwan University, with (120) for the basic study sample, and (35). As a survey sample from the research community and outside the main sample, one of the data collection tools is the questionnaire designed by the researcher , The most important results indicated the availability of human resources management strategies to a moderate degree, the availability of organizational immunity to a relatively high degree, and the existence of a statistically significant positive correlation between both the total sum of the human resources management strategies questionnaire and the total sum of the organizational immunity questionnaire at the College of Physical Education for Girls under study. Among the most important Recommendations: Developing a comprehensive plan to determine the training needs of faculty members and supporting staff in light of work needs, keeping the results of periodic evaluation of faculty members to conduct comparison to determine the type of change occurring in the level of performance and attempting continuous development. - Maintaining the results of periodic evaluation of faculty members for comparison to determine the type of change occurring in the level of performance and attempting continuous development.
