Administrative creativity and its relationship to some demographic variables among employees of the General Administration of Physical Education at the Ministry of Education Research Abstract: The research aimed to: Determining the degree of administrative creativity among employees of the General Administration of Physical Education at the Ministry of Education by identifying: 1- The level of administrative creativity among employees of the General Administration of Physical Education at the Ministry of Education. 2- The relationship of administrative creativity to some demographic variables (job title - scientific qualification - number of years of experience - age). The researcher used: The descriptive analytical survey approach based on the analysis of realistic field data, and the researcher selected the research sample in a deliberate way from the research community, which reached the size of (125) individuals, and the size of the basic sample (100) individuals, while the size of the survey sample reached (25) individuals, they were selected from within the research community and from outside the basic sample of the research, and the researcher relied on collecting data on previous studies and specialized references to build the questionnaire form. Key findings: 1- Administrative creativity is strongly linked to some demographic variables among employees of the General Administration of Physical Education at the Ministry of Education. 2- Participation of all positions of the competent organizational structure in administrative decision-making. 3- Taking advantage of the good creative ideas issued by other departments and applying them practically.
