Attitudes of female university sports science students towards using artificial intelligence and technology applications to raise the level of academic achievement

Abstract
This research aimed to identify the attitudes of the Department of Sport Sciences` Students(DPSSS) towards using artificial
intelligence applications (AIA) and technology (Tech) to raise academic achievement level. It also clarified the effect against the
academic achievement by depending on either (AIA) or (Tech) in (DPSSS) educational duties. The research relied on the
descriptive approach. An electronic questionnaire was distributed via students` university email. A sample of 195 (DPSSS) were
selected randomly. The sample size constituted 52.4% of the research population. SPSS statistical processing program was used
for the dataanalysis. Based on the value of the Pearson correlation coefficient (0.087) and statistical significance (0.228), results
showed that there was no correlation between the cumulative GPA and awareness of the concept of (AIA) in academic
achievement. Whereas, there was a positive correlation between the cumulative GPA awareness of the concept of (Tech) in
academic achievement. From the other side, there was no correlation between the cumulative GPA and preferences between (AI)
and (Tech) based on the value of the correlation coefficient Pearson (0.051) and statistical significance (0.477), The research
recommended implementing training courses using AI, and employing AIAs.
