Department of Physical Sport Sciences, College of Sport Sciences and Physical activity, Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Abstract This research aimed to identify the attitudes of the Department of Sport Sciences` Students(DPSSS) towards using artificial intelligence applications (AIA) and technology (Tech) to raise academic achievement level. It also clarified the effect against the academic achievement by depending on either (AIA) or (Tech) in (DPSSS) educational duties. The research relied on the descriptive approach. An electronic questionnaire was distributed via students` university email. A sample of 195 (DPSSS) were selected randomly. The sample size constituted 52.4% of the research population. SPSS statistical processing program was used for the dataanalysis. Based on the value of the Pearson correlation coefficient (0.087) and statistical significance (0.228), results showed that there was no correlation between the cumulative GPA and awareness of the concept of (AIA) in academic achievement. Whereas, there was a positive correlation between the cumulative GPA awareness of the concept of (Tech) in academic achievement. From the other side, there was no correlation between the cumulative GPA and preferences between (AI) and (Tech) based on the value of the correlation coefficient Pearson (0.051) and statistical significance (0.477), The research recommended implementing training courses using AI, and employing AIAs.
