Abstract

Abstract:
The research aims to know the effect of a rehabilitation program on the muscle separation of the rectus abdominis muscle to improve its efficiency in women and the extent of its effect on body components (fat - muscle mass - water) and physical variables (abdominal muscle strength - back muscle strength). The researchers used the experimental method by designing one group, following pre- and post-measurement. The research sample was chosen intentionally and consisted of one woman, 38 years old, and the number of children she had given birth to was 3 times by caesarean section. A rehabilitation program was applied to improve muscle separation and efficiency of the rectus abdominis muscle, body components and variables. The results of the research were that there were differences between the pre and post measurements and in favor of the post measurement. The most important recommendations are scientific awareness of the injury and appropriate exercises to treat it that limit the complications of the injury.
