Abstract

This study was conducted to identify the reality of administrative creativity among physical education mentors at Al-Azhar institutes on a survey sample of 30 male and female mentors and a core sample of 76 male and female mentors. The researcher used the descriptive approach in the survey method, and one of the data collection tools was the questionnaire designed by the researcher, and The most important results: The reality of administrative creativity among physical education instructors in Al-Azhar institutes came to a high degree with a relative weight of (75.12%), and among the most important recommendations is the necessity of delegating authority to officials in some tasks, diversity in the use of work mechanisms in response to developments in the work environment, and following new methods to solve Problems, adopting new ideas even if their application faces some obstacles and problems, knowing the weak points in the work tasks and evaluating them to address them until they become strengths, discovering the strengths in the work and strengthening them, completing the work in a developed and new manner, and finally comprehensive planning that achieves The desired objectives .
