Abstract

The study aimed to develop a program to identify the effect of using interactive agility training on the level of offensive skill performance in the sport of fencing for students of the second division of the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls - Helwan University. Helwan University, the researcher used the experimental method because of its suitability for the nature of the research, where she used one of the experimental designs, which is the experimental design with one experimental group by applying the measurement (before and after) due to its suitability for the nature of the research, the sample was selected by the random intentional method from the female students of the second year (2023-2024 AD), and their number (60) students They were divided into(30) female students for the experimental group, and(30) female students for the exploratory sample from the research community and outside the main sample to calculate the scientific coefficients of the tests under research, and the duration of the program was two months with (24) training units three times a week on (Sunday - Tuesday - Thursday) and the time of the training unit (90) minutes, and the research results revealed that using interactive agility training has a positive impact on the level of offensive skill performance in fencing sport.
