Search goal:
The research aims to develop proposed mechanisms to activate organizational change management practices in sports institutions in light of administrative excellence standards
Research Methodology :
The descriptive analytical method was used using survey studies because it suits the nature of the problem and to achieve the research objectives.
Research population and sample:
A number of (11) sports clubs were selected intentionally from Al-Sharqiyah Governorate. The sample included the president and members of the Board of Directors, the club director, the director of sports activity, and administrators of the sports activity in the sports clubs in Al-Sharqiyah Governorate, who numbered (233) individuals.
Data collection tools
The following data collection tools were used:
 Scientific observation
 Personal interviews
 Analysis of references, publications and publications
 Questionnaire
Most important results:
Sports clubs provide employees with the changes that occur in all work units.
The culture of change contributes to helping employees deal with emerging innovations and developments in a way that is consistent with their personality at work.
Sports clubs aim to create an appropriate organizational culture to bring about the best change.
