The research aims to understand the impact of using the constructive learning model on some elements of physical fitness for fifth-grade students. The researcher employed an experimental approach, utilizing two groups: one experimental and the other control, due to its suitability for the nature of the research, on a sample consisting of 40 students from the fifth grade for the academic year 2023/2024, affiliated with Sennour Elementary School in Fayoum Governorate. The sample was selected using deliberate random sampling. Physical and skill tests were used to measure the students’ levels, along with the proposed program designed by the researcher as tools for the study. Among the main hypotheses were the presence of statistically significant differences between the pre-test and post-test measurements for the experimental group in favor of the post-test for the physical variables under study. There are statistically significant differences between the pre-test and post-test measurements for the control group in favor of the post-test for the physical variables under study. There are statistically significant differences between the post-test measurements for the experimental and control groups in favor of the experimental group in the level of the physical variables under study. The results indicate the positive impact of the constructive learning model on the physical fitness elements of fifth-grade students.
