Abstract

This research is considered to be the first systematic scientific study aims to determining the appropriate rhythm for the swimmer to reach the best relationship between stroke rate, intensity length, intensity repetition rate, and their relationship to the numerical level, with the aim of improving the numerical level. The scientific importance of this study is due to how to use the rhythm device and its scientific applications in swimming training.
Research methodology: The researcher used the experimental
method
Research sample: The sample was selected from males in an intentional manner for junior swimmers at Al-Ahly club, Nasr City branch, who are registered with the Egyptian Swimming Federation and number (15) swimmers and participants in the Republic Championship.
Statistical treatments used in research: Statistical description using the arithmetic mean, median, standard deviation, least and greatest value, range, skewness and kurtosis.
Improvement rate
Pearson correlation coefficient
Using SPSS and EXCELL programs
