Abstract

The effect of a health program on high-density proteins for women aged 50-60 years

The researcher used the experimental method using pre- and post-measurement on one group. The researcher also used the descriptive method with the aim of preparing a measure of health culture. The research sample was chosen intentionally on a group of women who are members of the Al-Ahly Club over the age of (50 years). The sample number of women to whom the research was applied was reached. They include (15) women, in addition to (5) as a survey sample, taking into account that all sample members live in similar environmental conditions from an economic and social standpoint. The research aims: to evaluate the health program and its effect on high-density lipoproteins (HDL) and body composition components for women over 50 years old. And the body mass index for women over 50 years old, and also to build a questionnaire to evaluate the level of health awareness and their relationship to health risks for women.
