Abstract

Abstract:

The study aimed to develop a proposed program on the dynamics of performing the skill of (Tours Chainès) in ballet, through the research objective and its hypotheses, The researcher used the experimental method with a pre- and post-measurement design with two groups, one experimental and the other control, in order to suit the nature of the research, The research sample was selected using the intentional random method from third-year female students, The research community included third-year female students at the Faculty of Sports Sciences for Girls, Helwan University, numbering (275) students, the research sample amounted to (70) female students who were randomly divided into (10) female students to conduct the exploratory experiment (30) female students for the experimental group (30) female students for the control group, The program took (12) training units for a month and a half, at a rate of (2) training units per week, and the training unit time was (90) minutes, The results showed that the development of a program had a positive impact on improving the level of skill performance and (Tours Chainès)skill.
