The researcher used the experimental method. The research sample included (40) female students in the second year of middle school. The researcher used a reference survey, personal interviews, tests, and measures to collect data. Based on the results of this research and in light of the methodology used, and within the limits of the sample and data collection tools; The researcher concluded the following:

The exercise program using the BOSU ball tool achieved better results than using traditional exercises at the level of skill variables (jump shooting - ladder shot) in basketball for the experimental group. The exercise program using the proposed BOSU ball tool led to the presence of statistically significant differences between the experimental and control research groups in favor of The experimental group on the level of skill variables (jump shooting - ladder shot) in basketball. In light of the methodology used and the objectives of the research and within the framework of the sample on which the research was conducted, the researcher makes the following recommendations stemming from the conclusions reached through the presentation and discussion of the results:

-Working on applying an exercise program using the BOSU ball tool under research to the rest of the educational levels because of its clear positive impact on changing the level of the skill variables under research.
