Abstract

This study aimed to The reality of the material and human capabilities in sports clubs in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The researcher used the descriptive approach using a survey sample of (200) individuals from club presidents and managers, administrators, coaches and players. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in human and material capabilities. This is attributed to the continuous practice of these three samples of sports activities in sports clubs and their dealings and understanding of the human capabilities based on managing and implementing sports activities, which created a kind of connection and interconnection between these three samples and those in charge of managing and implementing sports activities. The most important conclusions were that there is a small percentage of those in charge of managing sports activities who are administratively qualified to manage sports programs and that there is cooperation between specialists and supervisors of sports activities, but not in a sufficient manner. Also, the financial appropriations allocated for sports in sports clubs are not suitable for those in charge of managing sports programs, and those in charge of implementing the activity are not qualified athletically (i.e. graduates of the College of Physical Education). There are no programs to qualify and refine sports supervisors.
