Establishing a model for creating electronic scenario learning to develop some administrative teams among physical education teachers

Abstract

Research objective:

The research aims to identify the effect of a proposed teaching model based on learning through electronic scenarios to develop performance competencies among physical education teachers. It also aims to "design a form to evaluate performance competencies for physical education teachers.

Research Methodology:

The researcher used the experimental method using the experimental design for two groups, one experimental and the other control, and by applying pre-measurements and post-measurements, due to its suitability to the nature of the research.

Research community:



The research community included physical education teachers in the Shubra El-Kheima Educational Administration affiliated to Qalyubia Governorate



Research sample:

- The researcher selected the research sample intentionally

The basic sample amounted to (30) physical education teachers in the Shubra El-Kheima Educational Administration affiliated to Qalyubia Governorate

They were divided into two groups according to the following:

- An experimental group of (15) physical education teachers using the proposed teaching model.

- A control group of (15) physical education teachers who do not use the proposed teaching model.

- The exploratory sample amounted to (20) physical education teachers who were selected from the research community and from outside the study sample from among the employees of the Shubra El-Kheima Education Administration.

Results:

1- The effectiveness of the teaching model based on learning through electronic scenarios on improving the performance competencies of physical education teachers.

2- Teaching through scenarios is more effective and efficient than the traditional method alone and electronic learning alone, as it benefited from the advantages
