A suggested recreational program using the Schamper theory to develop creative thinking for pre-school children in Madinah

Abstract

A proposed program for the use of Scamper theory for the development of thinking Creativity for pre-school
children in Madinah Al Munawwarah

The study aimed to develop a proposed recreational program using the Scamper theory and to know its effect on the skills of creative thinking (fluency, flexibility, originality) for pre-school children (4-5) years in Madinah. The researcher used the experimental method on a sample of 32 children in the fifth Quranic school Madinah Al Munawwarah, Saudi Arabia. They were divided into two groups, one experimental group and the other an officer of 16 children. The research tools include: Creative Thinking Scale for Children - The proposed recreational program.
The most important results are:                                   
1. The recreational program using Scamper's theory has a positive influence on the creative thinking skills (fluency, flexibility, originality) of children in pre-school (4-5) years in Medina.                                    
The traditional program does not have a statistically significant impact on creative thinking skills (fluency, flexibility, originality) for pre-school children (4-5 years) in Medina.                                        
3 - The members of the experimental group over the members of the control group in the skills of creative thinking (fluency - flexibility - originality).
The most important recommendations are:
1 - Using the recreational program using the Scamper theory because it has an effective influence in the development of creative thinking skills (fluency - flexibility - originality) for children in the pre-school (4-5) years in Madinah.
