Abstract

This research aims to identify the effect of the combination of KWLH strategy and mastery learning on: 1 - physical variables "speed, ability, agility, accuracy". 2 - skill variables "front strike, backhand, transmission". 3 - learners attitudes towards tennis The researcher used the experimental approach due to its relevance to the nature of the current research by using the experimental design of two groups, one experimental and the other one, following the pre and post measurement for both groups. Good compatibility in the performance of tennis skills under study in the 2016/2017 training season of (18) eighteen learners. The research was conducted on a random sample of (10) ten learners representing a percentage of (55.56%) of the research community. Dividing them into two equal groups, one of which is experimental, consisting of (5) five learners who follow with them the strategy (KWLH) and mastery learning, and the other is made up of (5) five learners. Positive on both physical and Skill and direction towards learning tennis under research. 2 - The traditional method of "explanation and model performance" contributed positively to both physical and skill variables and the trend towards learning of tennis under research. 3 - The experimental group that used the combination of KWLH strategy and mastery learning method outperformed the group. The control, which used the traditional method "explanation and model performance" in all physical and skill variables and the trend towards learning of tennis in question.
