A comparative study of physical fitness elements for students (8-9 years old) according to the parents' age variable

Abstract

The research aims to identify the differences in some elements of physical fitness for students (8-9 years old) according to the variable age of their parents, and the descriptive approach was used, on a sample of students and students who reached (412) between the ages of (8-9) years in Eleven schools, and the researchers used a questionnaire distributed to the students and asked them how to answer and fill in the information in them. After collecting the forms from the schools, they blanked the information in categories according to the ages of the students ’parents for each of the boys and girls, and there appeared three age groups for the ages of the parents of the students, namely (25- 40) years and (40-65) years. There was a third category, which is: From an age group and pain from another age group and these are what the researchers excluded because the research objectives are a comparison study with the elements of physical fitness for students from two parents with the same age group and in the presence of the auxiliary work team, physical tests were conducted ((explosive strength, speed, agility and endurance tests) for which the scientific foundations were found The most important results of the research indicated the superiority of female and male students whose ages range from (25-40) years in the characteristic of explosive power and speed over female and male students (40-65) years old, while no significant differences emerged between female and male students ages They have (25-40) years and (40-65) years in the two classes (endurance-agility), and one of the most important recommendations is the necessity of emphasizing the teacher and the athlete educator when selecting young adults and young adults on the students who have parents in the young age groups, and the need to verify the age of the parents of students during the process Bud picking in primary schools.
