The research aims to identify the problems of women working in the sports training profession, and to know the differences between the research sample according to some variables such as (age, education, marital status, and professional experience), and the researcher used the descriptive approach to its suitability to the nature of the research, and the research sample consisted of 120 trainers from clubs Greater Cairo, the survey sample reached (20) female trainers, while the basic sample reached (100) female trainers, the researcher used a questionnaire designed by him as a means to collect data, and the researcher considered the completion of scientific transactions for the questionnaire. Percentage - Arithmetic mean - Standard deviation - Relative weight - Relative importance - Spearman correlation coefficient - Difference test "Man Whitney", and the researcher reached results that were most notable that economic problems came first among the problems of working women in the sports field, then came Administrative and vocational problems in the second order in terms of their relative importance between the problems of women working in the profession of sports training, then rolled in the arrangement health problems and then social problems, and then finally the problems of sexual harassment.
