Management of the volunteer committee for the African Nations Cup in Egypt 2019. " An analytical study

This research aims to identify me the management of the volunteer committee in the African Nations Cup for Soccer 2019 in Egypt for the fifth group in Suez Governorate, in order to reach a proposed vision for the management of the volunteer committee in future major sporting events in light of the analytical study of the management of the volunteer committee in the African Cup of Nations football Egypt 2019 for the fifth group in Suez Governorate.

The descriptive method was used according to the survey method, and the total sample of the research was (214) volunteers
A- The Core Sample: (184) forms were distributed to the individuals of the basic sample, and (178) forms were retrieved, with a rate of retrieval (response) by the sample members of (96.74%), and (171) questionnaires were approved, after excluding (7) Forms for not being valid for the purposes of statistical analysis due to the lack of information contained therein, and thus the final number of the basic sample became (171) volunteers.


To collect data on the research, the researcher used the personal interview and the questionnaire form, and the researcher conducted all scientific transactions using the SPSS program to conduct the appropriate statistical methods and treatments with the nature of the research. The analytical management of the volunteer committee for the 2019 African Cup of Nations football championship for Group V in Suez Governorate.
