The researcher used the experimental approach to design the one group and the two measurements (tribal - dimension). The sample was chosen by random, intentional method, their strength is (25) from tennis beginners and their ages ranged between 12 to 16 years from the evacuation club in Heliopolis (the school of tennis education), in addition to (16) For the reconnaissance sample from the research community and from outside the basic sample

Among the data collection tools are: viewing the basic data of the research sample, scientific references and related studies, the international information network, personal interview, physical and skill tests

Statistical treatments used: - mean, mean, standard deviation, torsional coefficient, "T" test, improvement ratios, simple correlation coefficient

In light of the results reached the researcher to the following conclusions

- Using functional strength exercises and cross training activities contributed positively to improving some of the physical and skill abilities of the tennis player

- Outperformed the proportions of improvement of the dimension from the tribal using functional strength exercises and cross training activities on some physical and skill capabilities (for the front and back stroke) in favor of the post measurement
