" Study the Effect of Psychological Stress on Mood Styles and Emotional Equilibrium for Divers"

Abstract

This research aimed at the factor analysis of a measure of psychological stress identifying the correlation between psychological stress, mood styles and emotional equilibrium for divers, studying the prediction of psychological stress by mood styles and emotional equilibrium for divers, and identifying the effect of the relationship between psychological stress, moods styles and emotional equilibrium For divers.

The researcher used the descriptive method by survey method for , and the sample was selected randomly, The basic research sample included (38) diving practitioners from the second and third year students of the Faculty of Physical Education in Port Said.


The results showed at the list of three-dimensional scale (training stress), (mental stress) and (devices and tools stress) that include (32) of phrases, and the presence of a high correlation and statistically significant relationship between psychological stress and , Moods styles, emotional equilibrium for divers, where number of (31) statistically significant correlation coefficients were extracted at the level of significance (0.01), (0.05) with a contribution rate of (77.5%), the presence of a high predictive relationship and statistically significant between psychological stress and mood styles and emotional equilibrium for divers, where a number of (15) predictive equation was statistically significant at the level of significance (0. 01) (0 . 05) with a contribution rate (53 ٫ 571%), , and a statistically significant effect of the relationship between psychological stress, mood styles, emotional equilibrium for divers, the percentage of a statistically significant contribution amounted to (53.57%) versus the percentage contribution Non-significant (46.42%.(
