The Impact of Artificial Intelligence in enhancing employee creativity and performance in Sports Clubs in the kingdom of Bahrain

Abstract

The researcher explored the impact of artificial on creativity and performance of the administrative staff in sports clubs in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The study was made as a quantitative one in which the descriptive design was applied. The population included all the administrative staff in the Sport clubs. Though 384 questionnaires were circulated, 255 were received. The response rate is 66.4%. the data was analyzed by SPSS version 22. The results show that there is effective implementation for artificial intelligence applications in the sports clubs. Also, these clubs focus on enhancing employees’ creativity and performance. it was concluded that there is a significant impact for artificial intelligence applications on employees’ creativity and performance in the sports clubs in Bahrain. There are a number of obstacles that hinder the application of Artificial intelligence in sports clubs in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The researcher recommended the necessity of encouraging administrators in sports clubs in the Kingdom of Bahrain to diversify the use of artificial intelligence applications and not rely on only one element, which is expert systems. Administrative, stressed the need for administrative creativity to be an essential element in the institutional culture of sports clubs and to motivate its employees to accept change and adapt to the applications of artificial intelligence. and recommended to Allocating a special budget for sports clubs in the Kingdom of Bahrain to develop the technical aspect and use artificial intelligence applications to benefit their positive effects in all aspects in the short and long term.
