Abstract

Analysis of the Quality of Education in the Postgraduate Program at the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls in the Light of Kaizen Methodology, The study aimed to analyze the current reality of the diploma program, masters, PH.D in the department of Curriculum and Teaching Methods of Physical Education in the light of the Kaizen methodology by designing three questionnaires for postgraduate students in the Department of Curriculum and Teaching Methods of Physical Education at the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls in Cairo, a questionnaire also designed for postgraduate lecturers. The two researchers used the descriptive approach for a sample that represented the entire research community, and it consisted of (31) postgraduate students, and (21) faculty lecturer members, The results indicated that the sample of students and faculty lecturer members agreed on the postgraduate program quality in the light of the Kaizen methodology. Better, and providing techniques to support e-learning, and the learning environment needs organization, calm, and the provision of educational technology media and the Internet.
